This book was recommended to me to read, but after I read it I realized that the jesus in this book was not the same Jesus that is in the Bible and that is the Lord of my life. i’d like to share a bit of my testimony..
I’ve known Jesus all my life but my life is far from what you called to be a Christian. I was brought up as a Catholic and don’t even know how to pray and i live with many sins. In 2006 i came across this book in a book store. I never buy a religion book but that day i felt compelled to buy and read. Story cut short, when i finished the book in few days, i bend down on my knees and gave my life to Christ all over again. That very night while committing my life to Jesus, i felt warm all over my body, i started shaking and praying in different language. I knew nothing about the baptism of The Holy Spirit at that time, only when i shared my story to a friend that she opened up her bible and show me what the bible written about it.
Today, 16 years later, I am a ministry leader in my church, my faith in Jesus keeps growing stronger, and i’m just so thankful for every person God put around me to teach me, both good and not so good people.
My take on Choo Thomas book is that, i can never be sure whether or not she lied about what she wrote, but i know God is able to use every single thing for my good. Because i didn’t know the bible much back then, i have no way to compare what Choo Thomas experienced to what was written in the Bible, and somehow i’m glad… God must’ve knew, because i would definitely put down the book and miss the chance on encountering Jesus that night.
I’m just somehow reminded about the pharisees who knew the Torah so much, but miss the big encounter right in front of their eyes. Their focus is making sure everything to be in perfect order according to what was written in the Torah. They were so sure they knew God, and that Jesus was not the One.

Let’s not forget that Paul was a pharisee of pharisees and after the encounter with Jesus, he defended the Scriptures with every bone and cell in his body.
Jesus tells us the number one sign of the End Times is that many false prophets will arise. Choo Thomas, according to the Word of God, was most definitely a false prophet. But what is amazing about God is that He will even use evil to achieve His purpose. In your case, He used Choo Thomas’ book. Just think about how many will come to the Lord during the Tribulation period because of the Antichrist. Never forget that the devil is God’s devil. Read the following article. Simply put: God is Sovereign and we are not. One of our duties, though, as true Christians, is not to neglect pointing out evil by using the rightly divided Word of God, the Bible. What happens after that is out of our hands.

This book is out of the pit of hell. I do believe the author is unaware that she has been deceived by the enemy. I am on page 20 and the list of notes of unbiblical comments and out of context Biblical referencing to plain heresy is piling up. I am reading this to give someone who “highly recommended” it to me feedback. She is going to be devastated with what I have to say.
Choo Thomas is physically deceased. She went in 2013. I have no doubt as to where she is currently located. This book threw me for a very bad loop in 2007. I no longer read ANY book by ANYONE involved with charismania or the charismatic “church” whose basic theology is Joel’s Army/Latter Rain works -based occult nonsense. I walked out of the charismatics for good in 2009. I’d had enough, and when one yo-yo crazy started going on about how he saw angels in the corner of the room, I was done. These peoples crap is not worth reading. EVER.
enjoy your blog. I was working in a book warehouse 23 years ago when i purchased this. I never finished the book. It was bothering me from the time i started to read .There was very minimal scripture to back up her experience, but what really ticked me off was when her jesus showed up dressed in red to celebrate his birthday on December 25. I even talked a customer out of buying three copies to put in their bookstore.
Its a book written by the power of evil. I read it and it was so tiring like reading notes for an examination. Besides I don’t believe someone who has met Jesus face to face more than Apostle Paul can still wear jewelry and stuff.
Everything in God’s kingdom is wrought by prayer, fasting, and devouring the Word of God. There are absolutely no shortcuts. Satan has today’s Christians running around looking for excitement. They search for it in so-called Christian books and mega church ministers.

Hello my Friend-in-Christ. Because my purpose in this site was to defend the Word of God according to what the Holy Spirit led me to, I try to keep it as low key as to who I am as possible. This site is not about me. But I will tell you this, that I am from the Princeton, New Jersey area of the United States. The viewers on this site can reach me with a comment, just like you have, and I promise I will always get back to them. 1 Corinthians 1:11-13.says, “For it has been declared to me concerning you, my brethren, by those of Chloe’s household, that there are contentions among you. Now I say this, that each of you says, “I am of Paul,” or “I am of Apollos,” or “I am of Cephas,” or “I am of Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?”
Annointing, Thank you for being faithful to speak the Truth from the Word of God and revealing this false doctrine that Choo Thomas preached. I read this book several years ago after my husband of 25 years passed away. Instead of comfort, I felt severely depressed and very confused.
At first I was excited as I was reading, but the more I read, the more I became distressed at many of the things written. By the end of the book I was in tears (not joyful) and very fearful. I was crying out to God asking Him why I felt that way instead of experiencing His comfort. I then called my sister, who loves the Lord and has the gift of encouragement. I told her about this book and shared my distress. She didn’t read the book, but gave me many Scriptures that revealed God’s truth and set me free from those fears. Praise the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I was reminded of 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” It was then that God revealed to me the deception and lies written in this book. The very next day I threw the book away because I didn’t want anyone else to accidentally pick it up to read at my house and be deceived by this book and the heresy that she was promoting.
I heard that Choo Thomas passed away in April 2013 and saw that she was considered, by some, to be a prophetess. My heart is heavy for anyone who was deceived by her teachings. Thankfully, our Almighty God is sovereign and will keep His children safe from harm. I’m hoping that even in her last breath she would have confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and repented of her sins. Jesus said, “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” (John 17:3) Another promise from Jesus is “This is the will of Him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those He has given me, but raise them up at the last day. (John 6:39) I was blessed to be an eye witness to the last breath confession of my husband, so I know that hope doesn’t disappoint because God pours out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5:5.
For all who may not have a relationship with Jesus Christ and are reading this post, you can have assurance of salvation right now. Please don’t wait for a last breath confession. It’s best to experience all God, our Father and Creator, has for you here and now and be able to look forward to a joyous eternal life.

Thank you for your word. I came across this website when I was researching Heaven is so Real book. I didn’t read the book but read a book written in Chinese from an author who also shared similar experience as Choo. The author mentioned Choo Thomas’ book several times in the book, and that’s how I learned about her. I wasn’t able to have peace when I read this author’s book, and like you said, was filled with fear and confusion. This website and your comment brought light to me. Thank you!

Afterwards when Jesus was taken up to prepare a place for us, only His best friend while on this earth, John, was allowed to see and write about it. In wrapping it up, this is what John said: “And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophecy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book. Very simply, the Bible has everything we need to know right now for our finite minds. The only thing left is to await His glorious coming.
In short, the Bible itself declares emphatically that Choo Thomas was a false prophet.

Dear readers. I for one prefer apostles Paul’s information or revelation of Heaven. Like no eyes have seen and no ears have heard what God have prepared for you. I read choo thomas book frm beginning to end. What rubbish. My Jesus won’t gaze at a sleeping woman n then carry her away to a beach n grill fish for her n later teach her how to dance as if the fate of entire creation depends on the dance. Its more like they r having an affair than saving humanity. Then later have a grand view of hell. N to make the lie more convincing she puts her mom inside hell. What happens to honour thy parents ? It must be the Nephilim that she thought Jesus !!
I am really amazed that Christians don’t believe in such revelations. They ascribe the revelation in the book to a kundalini experience. Are you very sure Mr. Annointing??? Please demonstrate it. Many Christians are worse than the pagan. Very sorry!

I see that you only mention the word ‘revelations’ but nothing about the ‘Word of God’. You give yourself away of where you base your authority.
On top of that you repeat something very similar to what Satan demanded of Jesus when he tempted Him. You told me, “Please demonstrate it.” If you notice in the Word of God that Jesus did not demonstrate anything to Satan’s demands. But Jesus very simply answered him, saying, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’ ” (Luke 4:4 NKJV)
I recommend that you take the real Jesus’ advice and feed off of the written Word of God the Bible and not the false jesus’ advice that revealed himself to Choo.

Hanny, There is only one truly sacred book and that is the Bible. Also it is the only book that is the inspired Word of God. I rebuke what you write in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
I was also DEEPLY troubled after reading this book – the comment that those who don’t tithe won’t see heaven, the eating of animals in heaven (I’m not vegetarian but the bible tells us “there will be no hurt or harm in all My holy hill”), and yes, the ‘midway’ experience – I wisened up to that one as a 7yo Catholic girl!. Like many posting here I have been amazed and a little distressed that this book has been sold so widely! Too much fear attached to Choo Thomas’ book – a Christian would have very little certainty of heaven!
I’ve read the whole book, it might not come from God, but i don’t think that message can lead you to hell because she said JESUS told her that one cannot enter the Kingdom of GOD if he/she is not pure in his/her heart and is true and the bible says so.

What is important is that you are not to be guided by what your whims are when the Word of God addresses a situation head-on. Look what the Bible says in our modern English: “I wrote you in my earlier letter that you shouldn’t make yourselves at home among the sexually promiscuous. I didn’t mean that you should have nothing at all to do with outsiders of that sort. Or with crooks, whether blue- or white-collar. Or with spiritual phonies, for that matter. You’d have to leave the world entirely to do that! But I am saying that you shouldn’t act as if everything is just fine when a friend who claims to be a Christian is promiscuous or crooked, is flip with God or rude to friends, gets drunk or becomes greedy and predatory. You can’t just go along with this, treating it as acceptable behavior. I’m not responsible for what the outsiders do, but don’t we have some responsibility for those within our community of believers? God decides on the outsiders, but we need to decide when our brothers and sisters are out of line and, if necessary, clean house.” (1 Corinthians 5:9-13 MSG)
Very simply, Choo Thomas was a spiritual phony within the Church who blatantly claimed her book was Jesus’ End Time Book. You yourself know by your statement that this is not true about her book. Satan uses deception mingled in truth. Study how Satan even used Scripture in Matthew 4. According to the Word of God, this leaves you with no choice but to ‘clean house’ or as it commands in the NLT to not associate with and to remove the evil. This means that if you support the book in any way, you are in direct violation of God’s Word. This is no light matter of which I must warn you.

Having just seen the DVD of Choo Thomas on the subject of her book I am greatly relieved to find so many others who think the whole thing is hogwash. It appals me to think it has been translated into so many languages with the potental of deceiving so many people
Thank you… Thank you, for starting this post. I have been so grieved and bothered after reading the book. My father just passed away last week and we buried him 3 days ago. I started reading Heaven is So Real to get comfort, knowing that Papa would be in such a nice place with Jesus. But when I read about Choo’s parents being in hell, and the midway place for believers, I almost lost my mind thinking what if my father is at either place?
Especially since the author said Jesus told her to tell us that we have to be obedient children of God. And that those Christians who don’t tithe are disobedient. What if Papa missed giving a tithe? So he’s in hell now? And I was so bothered that Choo didn’t even ask Jesus for an explanation or to negotiate in behalf of her parents… even patriatchs asked and negotiated with God.
I have been praying earnestly to God, asking Him to clear my mind and heart and show me the truth because this book has made me question God’s character. It doesn’t sound like the God I’ve always known.
I’m crying now out of relief. Thank you for taking the time to make this post. You have no idea, no idea, how much this has comforted me.

Thank you SO much for this review- I’ve been troubled about this book for days not knowing if the problem was in me and even a few months ago when I first picked it up I had to put it down again because it was disturbing me in my spirit. The problem is is that Choo lures you into trusting her words by promoting herself as a really obedient, honouring woman of God who was chosen to write the book for these reasons. So when you pick it up you feel like you’re in for a real treat and seeing deeper into the kingdom. What a shame the lies are so subtle until you get deeper into the book. I havn’t known God as long as I would like and so it really threatened to create a problem with my trust in God’s character. The warehouse for babies was disturbing and also her mother being in hell and the miserable disobedient Christians in the ‘midway’ place- it’s just unbelievable how she created this rubbish.
Anyway, thankyou so much for this freedom. I can now stop questioning whether Jesus really was trying to reveal something new or whether it was just a dodgy author. Ahh, PEACE!

By the context of what you write, you put Choo’s book above God’s Word the Bible. This in itself is forbidden and sets one up for deception. One of the last things Paul wrote before his martyrdom was this:
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV)
It is very clear by reading Choo’s book, that it does not align with the Scriptures of the Bible. Thus, meaning she is a false prophet according to God’s Word and we are to be obedient to Jesus, Who is the WORD, by exposing her deception.
I’m so glad you are exposing this heresy for what it is! I had read only a small portion of what Choo Thomas had said in her book when I felt very disturbed in the spirit and sought the Lord to reveal the truth to me. He is faithful and the next day had me read a book called, “Deceived by the New Age” that I found in a 2nd hand book store. This man told of many of the same kinds of experiences Choo Thomas had when he was a New Age Guru and having regular visitations from ‘master jesus’ who was supposed to be the head of all the “masters”. They had to get rid of their New Age books, crystals, etc. They were told to rename their organization with a Christian name, they had to only read the Bible, pray in the name of ‘jesus’, use ‘the blood’, etc. They tithed to ‘their church’, were made to go out and evangelize ‘in the name of jesus’, and tell everyone that if they would just believe in ‘jesus’ and accept him and his love they would be saved. No mention of sin, repentance, or anything like that, even though the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit will ‘convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment’. John the Baptist went everywhere calling on all men to repent. Jesus told us to repent. Anyhow, this man then went on to tell how they were no longer ‘channeling’ they were prophesying. Theywere told by their ‘jesus’ that they had to infiltrate the Christian church and get permission from the pastors to allow them to have prayer meetings where they could teach the people how to ‘hear the voice of god’ through meditation. They weren’t to tell the pastors that they were New Age Christians. They got permission to do this and this man said he searched the scriptures to find ones on meditation so he could prove to the people that this was biblical but all he could find were scriptures that told us to meditate in the Word of God. Anyhow, he eventually discovered the truth and realized that he was serving the wrong jesus, repented, gave his life to Christ, and went on to serve Him in spirit and truth. It was a real eye opener and a confirmation of what I’d read in the excerpt of Choo Thomas’ book. I thought that was the end of it but then I went to a friend’s place shortly after that and she had just read the whole book and thought it was wonderful. I told her I didn’t agree and had strong misgivings about it so she asked me to read the whole book and see what I thought; I agreed to do so and initially felt almost that I should repent of my judgment on it but I kept reading and asking the Lord to show me the truth which He did in abundance! I have been led by the Lord back into studying the foundations of the faith from a Hebraic perspective and have learned so much I couldn’t begin to put it all down here but one thing I will say is that Jesus wasn’t born on Dec. 25th. He was born at the Feast of Tabernacles in Sept/Oct of our calendar, during one of God’s ‘appointed times’ or Holy Days. Christmas has pagan roots and is actually the birthday of the sun god, going back to Baal and Babylon. This is too large a subject to elaborate on but suffice it to say that in Choo’s book she talks of how her jesus came to her every Christmas and New Year’s Day (both of pagan origin) to celebrate his birthday with her!! She says her first major experience happened on Easter Sunday (another so called Christian holiday rooted in paganism and the worship of Ishtar/Isis/ Ashtroeth!) NOT on Passover which was the true time of Jesus death and Resurrection. She also insists in her book, that jesus said is was vitally important to keep ‘Sunday’ holy because it’s the Sabbath day. This is a lie. God never changed the Sabbath Day. It’s still the 7th day not the 1st day of the week. You can search the scriptures and you won’t find anywhere that He changed it regardless of whether Jesus rose from the dead on the 1st day of the week, or the Holy Spirit was poured out on the 1st day of the week, or the apostles met on the 1st day of the week. This DOES NOT mean God changed the Sabbath day. There are other scriptures that are used to validate this argument but when you search it out you’ll find they aren’t saying that, either. This is such a big thing to God in the Old Testament, surely He would have clearly spelled it out for us if He was changing the Sabbath day but how likely is it that He would do that when He says He named the 7th day the Sabbath and made it a commandment that would last forever because he made the earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th, THEREFORE, man should work for 6 days and rest on the 7th.. He is the Lord and He changes not. There are scriptures that say we will be keeping the Feasts of the Lord and the Sabbath day during the millennium so why would we think they aren’t relevant now? It’s because we live in a time of great apostasy, falling away from the truth of the Word of God. However, I’m not saying that we are saved by keeping these things. We are ONLY saved by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lamb and the finished work of the cross, but it stands to reason, even as He said, that if we love Him, we will keep His commandments. The word, ‘law’ in our Bibles, is actually the word Torah and meant teachings and instructions. The Israelites were only saved by grace through faith in the shed blood of the lamb, even as we are. They had to put their faith in the sacrifices, looking forward to their Messiah coming, but they were also told to keep the commandments and when they sinned, they had to repent and bring an offering to be sacrificed for that sin. Jesus is now our sacrifical Lamb who did it once for all but we still know that if we sin, He is our advocate, and when we repent He removes our sin and puts it ‘under the blood.’ I’m sorry, I’ve digressed here. I will end by saying that there is much deception in this book of Choo Thomas. Another one is that we must obey and serve our pastors, no matter what. Excuse me? Not unless they are preaching and teaching the truth according to the Word of God, then yes, I’ll gladly ‘honor’ them and obey their teaching but I’m not going to put them on a pedestal or make them equal or above God! Brethren, we do have to be extremely watchful and discerning in these days and I thank God there are people out there who are doing just that.

My journey of starting this blog and website was because I was asked to buy this book ‘Heaven is so Real’ by Choo Thomas from a church whose pastor’s highly recommended it. They had done the same for the book ‘Under Cover’ by John Bevere. I love to read so I gobbled them up. It did not take the Holy Spirit long to convict me that something is terribly wrong with both of these books. It started me on a journey to start this blog website to combat all the deception that is infiltrating the christian church. What truly truly hurt me deep inside and brought me to weeping deep inside was I felt betrayed by these pastors whom I put my trust into. Apostle Paul knew a man (perhaps himself) caught up in the third heaven (paradise) whether in the body or out of the body, he does not know only God knows and he heard inexpressible words which it is not lawful for a man to utter … of himself, he would not boast. 2 Corinth. 12:2-5
This text is evidence that our Lord Jesus can transport us to heaven to see and bear witness, however, He does not prepare our bodies before transporting us and when and how He does it, is a mystery to us. What we hear or see, may be for our benefit to encourage us at a particular time in our lives, hence may not be for uttering to the world.
For a body to be prepared before transporting to heaven and for inexpressible words to be asked by our Lord to be told to the world is unscriptural. The Lord Jesus can give visions of heaven and earth without transporting us there to see, which makes me to think that any practice contrary to scripture and appears to exalt or boast of self has no truth in it.
The Jesus Choo mentioned in her book is not the real Jesus it is an imposter Jesus as the Kundalini awakened. But the true Jesus is the real Christ of the Bible. I pray to the Father to forgive Choo and also I pray that God helps Choo find the truth. Choo should read Holy Bibles include KJV, NKJV and NIV to learn God`s word of truth.
Satan is a deceiving angel of light, he is the father of all lies and liars. By the way, Choo Thomas believed Satan thinking he was Jesus but the false angel of light turn out to be the devil a fallen angel. Satan deceived Thomas as she believed all of Satan`s lying comments.
Satan lied to Choo Thomas, the rapture failed in 2010 and 2007. Thomas believed Satan`s lies as the devil said the rapture is going to happen 2 years ago or 4 years ago but Satan lied to Choo.
All christians should avoid Choo Thomas’ false teachings, because she received the false unholy spirit of fire (kundalini). Kundalini is a spirit burning pretend fire, also Kundalini is Satan masquerading as God to deceive many, remember kundalini is not the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit is Jesus in his divinety nature of God.The kundalini spirit is unholy and false, it is not God at all. Beware of the kundalini unholy spirit of fire, true christians and reject of all Satan’s lies with truth of Jesus.
To be honest, am gonna burn the book. I nearly fell into depression that am not measuring up the way Choo does. A lot of navel-gazing and less of Jesus- gazing happens after one finishes with this book.Sheesh!
I have read numerous comments on other websites about the book ‘Heaven is So Real’ and the central word associated with the book is the word ‘depression’. Our Lord would never ever lead people even in the direction of depression. He leads only in the direction of a life more abundant (John 10:10). Remember, the Holy Spirit was referred to by Jesus as the Comforter. Thank you ‘Jesus wins’ for your feedback.

I have not read this book but know of others who have. From their comments and from your analyst I highly doubt I will waste my time on it. I did not read all of your writings on this book but from what I did read I see one continuing thought that this jesus Choo Thomas claims to be the Son of God… He is an impostor either Satan or another high level demon trying to mis-lead or decieve God’s children away from the true Jesus. By having her write this book, thousands more will be mis-lead by it.
All of the “dance” and other “things” this impostor tells, shows and explains to Thomas is untrue and you have shown in God’s word where it is untrue. For folks that are not well anchored in their faith, they will be lead astray by this book.
We are to use God’s word as the plum line to any spiritual experience or other thing such as a book someone has wrote. If what occurs in the book or experience is not affirmed by and lines up to plum of the word of God, then cast it aside and have nothing to do with it.
This book was recommended to me to read by a source that I hold as an spiritual authority. Yes, I did not read the book for myself but from others that have read it and shared with me and from your analyse falls in line with their opinions. I am not sure if my source has the read the book or just took it on an authority of their own that the book was good. It clearly is not.
Again I just see the deception of this fake jesus all through your writing and comments and from friends comments too. I wonder if Thomas ever questioned this jesus as to being the real Son of God or just took him on his word? The word says we are to test all spiritual things if they come from God , or from somewhere else.

God says that He is not the son of man that He can repent. If the Jesus Christ told Choo Thomas that the rapture was going to happen last year 2010 and did not happen it simply means that it was not the real Jesus Christ who told her and it was not Him who first took her to Heaven and many other places. If the rapture did not happen last year as He said, He lied.
The book says that children up to the age of 7years are saved, but my then 4years old told me many things that Jesus Christ said he should tell me that were lies after reading the book. It means that my son had a lying demon. Everybody now knows me as being lunatic and satanic. Now all 3 of my children are living without me and cannot believe me in anything I say. I even question the gospel of salvation that its doctrine ministers deliverance and healing. Is it true or real?I was born from Jehovah’s witnesses family. Whose God is a real God The creator of heaven and earth? Jehovah’s witnesses or “the saved”? Many of the saved preach what they cannot practice, they are heartless and cannot help those who are in need and thieves liers and fornicators. If you ask me I have been related to them since 2007 January.

The Gospel of Salvation is as true as the very breath you take. Jesus is literally God in the flesh, who dis-robed from His heavenly garments. He is the one who created you, died for you, saves you, heals you, sustaines you, and will judge you. Do not look at the hypocrites around you. Only look to Jesus who is the author and finisher of your faith.
God is Love. He would never send another in His place to die for you and me like what the Jehovah Witnesses twist by saying Jesus was only a created being.
