As Christians we need to be familiar with other religions and ideologies, especially in light of current news events and the acts of violence that have grabbed the world’s attention. We need to be knowledgeable so that we will not be misled by the political correctness that has invaded our society.
When you look closely at the majority of Christians in the world, you will find that they are nominal Christians. The same holds true for the majority of Muslims in the world, which you will find are nominal Muslims.
Just as true Christians adhere strictly to what the Bible teaches, true Muslims adhere strickly to what the Koran teaches. They are not radical terrorists. They simply have made the decision to be proactive with what the Koran teaches, the same as its adherents had done for 1400 years that preceded them.
Mohammedanism is simply the traditional term for the religion started by Mohammed and spread throughout the world by the sword. The word was formerly common in usage, but the terms Islam and Muslim religion are more common today.
Mohammedan is the traditional term for a follower of the prophet Muhammad. It is used as both a noun and an adjective, meaning belonging or relating to, either Muhammad or the religion, doctrines, institutions and practices that he established. The Koran, otherwise known as Quran, is the sacred book of the Mohammedans. They believe it was verbally revealed by God to Muhammad through the angel Gabriel, gradually over a period of approximately 23 years, beginning on 22 December 609 A.D. when Muhammad was 40, and concluding in 632 A.D., the year of his death. Mohammedans regard the Koran as the most important miracle of Muhammad, a proof of his prophethood, and the culmination of a series of divine messages that started with the messages revealed to Adam and ended with Muhammad.
Ishmael was Abraham’s son, born to Hagar. In Mohammedanism, Ishmael is regarded as a prophet and an ancestor to Muhammad. Ishmaelites are the decedents of Ishmael. Here is what the Lord God Who created Heaven and Earth had to say about the decendants of Ishmael:
And the Angel of the Lord said to her (Hagar): “Behold, you are with child, and you shall bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, because the Lord has heard your affliction. He shall be a wild man; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.” (Genesis 16:11-12 NKJV)

The following is quoted from Winston Churchill’s 1899 book, ‘The River War: An Account of the Reconquest of the Sudan’:
“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities – but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome.”

As Christians, we must always be aware that Mohammedanism does not mix with our faith, the same as vinagar and oil don’t mix.
Their prophet is buried in the ground. Our Prophet is God the Son who is seated at the right hand of God the Father.
Their god was created by human hands and minds and put on a pedestal by the human sword. Instead, our God created us. He revealed Himself to us as the LORD God of Israel (Jacob), not Ishmael. The Messiah, Jesus, came through the lineage of Jacob. He is the only Savior to anyone who acknowledges Him. There is no salvation in any other:
“There is salvation in no one else except Jesus Christ of Nazareth. God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
Their god needs to be avenged by man. Our God takes care of it Himself:
But thou, O Lord , shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision. (Psalms 59:8)
Their religion is based on works. Our faith is based on love and forgiveness of sins.
Their stress on violence is straight out of hell, so they are taught to kill their enemy. We are taught to be kind to our enemy:
Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” (Romans 12:19-20)
Their agenda, according to the Koran, is to infiltrate and be your false friend. Then to populate. Then to overshadow. Then to destroy all that is opposed to their ideology. History absolutely attests to this.
Do not be deceived and think that Christians and Muslims can be brought together for prayer and worship. The god they pray to is from below, while our God who we pray to sits in the heavenlies governing the affairs of man.
So my friends, allow the words of Jesus to open your eyes:
“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.” (Matthew 10:16)
