Romans 13:1 reminds us, “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” No matter who you voted for or rooted for in the last few USA elections, we know for sure that The LORD has who He wants in governmental power for His purposes. And yes, He used Hitler in Germany as His tool for His purposes. He also used Obama as His tool to wake America up as to how ungodly we can become. He has now put Trump in power and it is exposing the divisiveness we are left with in America. Suppressed hatreds are spewing forth. Anything biblical is viciously attacked. What our future is as a nation, I do not know. But spiritually I do know that we desperately need revival. We have strayed so far from our Christian roots that Devine intervention is our only hope.
There have been two special nations that the LORD rose up on this earth. One rose up 3500 years ago and became the Jewish nation of Israel. This is what Jeremiah 31:35-36 says:
“He who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord Almighty is his name: “Only if these decrees vanish from my sight,” declares the Lord, “will Israel ever cease being a nation before me.””
The other nation the LORD rose up was 500 years ago to become the Christian nation of America in order to be the primary tool to fulfill Mark 13:10 (The gospel must first be published among all nations.). Don’t ever fall for the lie that we were never a Christian nation. The LORD’s handwriting is all over us. It is throughout our most precious documents. It is even stamped on our coins and our monuments.
Yes it is true that over the past few decades, America has veered terribly off course. But the LORD has risen up a remnant, just like He showed Elijah there were 7000 during his time. This remnant has been praying earnestly for a spiritual revival. Emanating from the heartbeat of this remnant is the consensus that this window of revival in America is opening.

No one who is Christian or non-Christian can disagree with the fact that America is being turned upside down. Whether this is good or bad worldly speaking only time will tell but one thing that I know deep down is that a limited window of time for a spiritual revival is being opened. Conviction of sin will be poured out. Let’s not miss the opportunity for the LORD to use us in a mighty way for His purpose and glory!
