Listen to the following broadcast from April 1965. It is very chilling the accuracy of Paul Harvey’s insight that actually turned out to be very prophetic:
This broadcast has become very famous over the decades and has been listened to by millions. But if it only remains as entertainment, it really serves not much of a purpose. Instead, we must allow it to wake us up.
Listen to the advice that Saint Paul gave us almost 2000 years ago:
“This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living. Because we belong to the day, we must live decent lives for all to see. Don’t participate in the darkness of wild parties and drunkenness, or in sexual promiscuity and immoral living, or in quarreling and jealousy. Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.” (Romans 13:11-14 NLT)
If I were the Devil today in the United States, almost fifty years after Paul Harvey’s broadcast, I would keep Christians living in their comfortable world until it’s too late for them to recognize the trap and escape the prison that has been built for them.
If I were the Devil today, I would push Civil Rights to the max thru the Gay community and have the Bible declared a ‘book of hate’ and forbid the preaching against sin!
If I were the Devil today, I would have devout Christians labeled as fanatics and declared a people of hate who are detrimental to the well being of society.
Look around sleepy Christians and see that it is high time for us to wake up!

Incredible. This post has left me speechless. It’s amazing how the only truth of life- Jesus Christ the only Savior- has been dismissed as false. And if we reject God’s one and only Son, even in ignorance, there is no hope and we stand condemned. The best lies are always closest to the truth, and satan has definitely disguised himself as an angel of light in this world…it’s shocking to see what is happening. I’m not in the U.S but I can tell you that this is a global reality. We must wake up as Christians and disseminate the Truth of the Word of God to all.
