My journey of starting this blog and website began when I was asked to buy the book ‘Heaven is so Real’ by Choo Thomas from a church whose pastors highly recommended it. Not only did they recommend it, but the pastor of the largest church in the world for that denomination also recommended it. These pastors had done the same for the book ‘Under Cover’ by John Bevere. I love to read, so I gobbled these two books up. It did not take the Holy Spirit long to convict me that something was terribly wrong with both of these books. It started me on a journey to start this website to reach out with the truth to all those hurt, abused and confused by the deception that is infiltrating the Christian Church. What truly hurt me deep inside and brought me to absolute weeping was I felt betrayed by the pastors whom I put my trust into. To add to this, I have had the misfortune of being under the authority of 5 church leaders over the past 40 some years of my Christian journey who ended up being convicted in Federal Court for the various crimes they committed while in the ministry. They had always told me to be like Jesus, leaving out the following 3 verses that remind me to put Scripture in perspective and use Holy Spirit discernment because you can never 100% trust anything, except for Jesus:
Because of the miraculous signs Jesus did in Jerusalem at the Passover celebration, many began to trust in him. But Jesus didn’t trust them, because He knew all about people. No one needed to tell Him about human nature, for He knew what was in each person’s heart. (John 2:23-25 NLT)
Now for the big “BUT” —–> I want to make one thing perfectly clear and that is I did not leave the organized church because of the betrayal! I still had to remain obedient to God’s Word and continue to fellowship and be under church authority. What it did do was cause me to dig deeper and deeper into God’s Word the Bible and recognize that we truly are in the last days of unleashed deception (please see my post False Guilt to read more about my journey in creating this site and my support for being a church member and financial contributor).
Now to get to the heart of what is in this website. Whenever one Google’s any Biblical subject, there are a myriad of sources to click on. Most biblical views are slanted towards denominational tradition and denominational doctrine rather than strictly what the Bible teaches. To prove this, just look at the kaleidoscope of interpretation out there. What must be done is to leave pre-conceived ideas behind and seek God’s face for His original intent of His Word, for that is the only one that matters. We must not try to conform His Word, but we must conform to His Word. That is my prayer to always do for this site.
Though there may be multiple applications of a given passage of Scripture, there can only be one proper interpretation. Undoubtedly many interpretations of various texts have been proposed, but if they contradict one another they cannot, obviously and logically, be true. We must follow the literal grammatical-historical approach to biblical interpretation, or, hermeneutics. This approach intends to get at the meaning or intent of the author writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit rather than subjecting the passage to how it is perceived by the reader (See 2 Peter 1:20-21).
Then there is the fact that there are certain subjects that pastors will not give a straight answer to because it puts them between a rock and a hard place, especially with controversial subjects. I do not have to worry about that, so I have the freedom to tackle a subject straight on. Teaching is a gift, but it must always line up with the rightly divided Word of God. I want to thank the LORD for the opportunity He gave me last year to touch thousands and thousands of lives in 150 countries in the world. As time advances, the LORD is expanding this site even more and allowing me to touch even more souls. God Bless!

I thank God for leading me to your site! I, too, stumbled upon it, as I am in the process of writing about the current conditions in government, the world, and the church. I share the same sentiments that you have about God’s Word, His will, and His ways. I will not compromise! His Word is the only truth in the world. Any thing that does not line up with what God says in His Word is a lie. I pray you will have the courage to continue to speak the truth in this world, where truth is a rarity. So glad to have “stumbled upon” this site! I was asked to read Choo’s book supported by a group of Intercessors at my former church. Before I was very far into it, the Spirit pointed out all the discrepancies and I wrote a somewhat emphatic response to give to the one who gave me the book, as well as returning the book before I wasted any more of my time refuting it. I continued to be shocked by the support this book received from well known folks. Makes me relieved that not all His folks were deceived!

I have been reading “Smith Wigglesworth’s Daily Devotional” for about 10 years & so, so often the topic, related Scripture or notes that I have added to the pages are a direct message to me about present events in my life.
I have recommended the book to various friends & contacts over the years but today, two people that ‘phoned me wanted to buy the book or (one who is working at least 600km “out West”) who wanted to know more. I accessed your web site & referred the link to both of them – I have added it to my favourites to refer to others “as they seek to know more”.
One thing I have often asked over the years -“How can I get in touch with other “Wigglesworth readers” ( you have to be “called” to read his Devotional day after day)

Thank you so much for appreciating Smith Wigglesworth’s devotional. I liken his devotional to a modern day guide ‘Living in the Spirit’ book for dummies. Please excuse the example, but it is so true. The Bible tells us everything we need, but Wigglesworth’s devotional applies it to everyday life for us. Continue to enjoy and bless others with it!
